Welcome to CA'N SORT. We are a young winery in Mallorca. We work with the earth, not against it. Our wines are clear, fresh, and mineral — made for people who appreciate lightness. What we do is simple: prepare the soil, tend the vines, harvest the grapes. Everything is done by hand. The result is a wine that is as carefree as a midday in the Mallorcan sun — and yet embodies all the hard work that went into it.

As an EU-certified organic winery, we produce wine in harmony with nature and our origins. Organic certification commits us to transparency, sustainable farming practices and respectful treatment of the soil, vines and the diversity that surrounds them. This also includes our 20 beehives, which promote biodiversity and strengthen the vitality of our vines. For us, the EU organic label is not just a label, but a promise – to create wines that are light, clear and characterised by their location, while being consistently produced in an ecological manner.
